2020 Run 26 Couch to 5K

Wednesday, 5th August 2020

Return to 30 seconds running and 1 minute walking – slowly going to increase the distance till we get to 5K (3.1 miles) and then slowly decrease the walking time. Next week we will increase the distance to 2.8 miles from this week’s 2.6 miles.
