Nine riders headed out from the Choir Hall, under threatening skies although the weather stayed nice throughout the ride. Nice to see newcomers coming back for more and also Grahame’s son Barry Morton who was visiting from Leeds to come out and join us again.
After cycling through Llanwern Steelworks, it was a stop at the Seawall Cafe for light refreshments before heading back to Caldicot, a total distance of around 30 miles which was the furthest distance ridden by a couple of our newcomers.
