Great ride on Sunday to check out the route from Pontymoile Canal Basin to Newport, across the Transporter Bridge and back to Caldicot.

Great ride along canal towpaths. Weather was perfect. Nick and myself returned to start point at Pontymoile while Leon and Tony caught the transporter bridge over the river and cycled on home to Caldicot. We definitely need some signs and marshals at Cwmbran section and down at Newport!!
