  1. Not much action this week due to the horrendous weather we are suffering at the moment. Steve Tobin poked his wheel out of the front door but soon changed his mind, whilst Christine Smith continued on her merry way over in France.

  2. The rides keep on coming, whether people are in France, Majorca, up the Tumble or in Cardiff, the 66ers have been putting the miles in – Helen and Neil Gilmore knocked-up 28 miles in Pembroke, Steve Tobin also out as was Christine Smith in France. There is also a couple of catch-up rides for Francesca Cooper and the Faragher’s.

Congrats today go to Christine on reaching the Arizona State Line, to Helen getting to Clinton, Oklahoma, to Francesca on passing 500 miles and to Kaf and John Faragher for getting to 100 miles.

  3. Another busy week on the road and the trails – big rides from Sue Earnshaw, Helena Hunt and Francesca Cooper (who also had a fall and had to have stitches apparently but carried on regardless). Also out were Christine Smith, Rob Stallard and Tony and Carolyn Griffiths. Big congrats to Sue on reaching the New Mexico State Line and to Francesca for getting to Rolla, Missouri.

  4. Only Helena Hunt out yesterday, a 36 mile ride over the beautiful Clydach Gorge to Abertillery and back to Abergavenny saw her reach Rollo, Missouri – her next stop is Springfield, Missouri.

  5. More rides today, Shane Carey, Steve Tobin and Rob Stallard all clocking up 30+ milers. Also out, Sue Earnshaw (twice), Christine Smith and Helena Hunt. Congrats to Christine who has reached Gallup, New Mexico; to getting to Santa Rosa, New Mexico and to Rob Stallard on reaching Amarillo, Texas. Also well done to Shane and Helena on passing 400 miles and to Sue on climbing more than 50,000 feet.

  6. Eight 66ers out today, nice to see Helena Hunt back in the groove and Steve Tobin back from man-flu. No milestones hit today but expect some shortly with Christine Smith just 8 miles outside Gallup, New Mexico; Helen Gilmore 8 miles outside Clinton, Oklahoma; Kirstie Benjamin 2 miles from Springfield, Missouri and Francesca Cooper 6 miles from Rolla, Missouri.

  7. Some catch-up rides for Helen and Neil Gilmore plus more rides from Christine Smith and Rob Stallard. Congrats to Christine on reaching 1,500 miles; to Helen getting to 900 and to Neil passing 400.

  8. The Ward family top the tree today with 66 mile rides on their Majorcan adventure. Also out were Helen Gilmore, posing with Shane Williams at the top of the Tumble and Christine Smith leading her Breeze ladies around the Wetlands. Congrats to Helen on passing 50,000 in climbing, and to Tony and Sharon Ward on reaching Rollo, Missouri.

  9. Big rides today, Gareth Davies with a 53 miler up and over Wentwood, also 30+ rides over the same track for Tracey Eastabrook, Tony and Carolyn Griffiths, Diane Potter and Sue Earnshaw. Christine Smith put in a 40 miler to Cardiff and Tony Ward waded in with another 32 mile Majorcan ride. Congrats to Sue on reaching Amarillo, Texas; to Tony Griffiths reaching Tulsa, Oklahoma; and to Carolyn and Tracey for reaching St. Louis, Missouri with Tracey breaking the 300 mile barrier.

  10. Five routers out today, Tony and Sharon Ward cycling in the sun in Majorca put in another 32 miles, Rob Stallard crossed the bridge on a 28 miler, whilst Neil and Helen Gilmore took the spoils with 38 mile ride to Monmouth and back. Congrats to Sharon who has passed the 400 mile barrier.
