The first ride of the year saw six riders turn-up at the Choir Hall for the short ride to Mounton and Mathern, with a stop for refreshments at the Millers Arms, before returning to Caldicot.

On a cold but fine winter’s evening, eleven souls wrapped up for the Christmas Lights walk from Portskewett, through the Cornfield and along the old railway track, through the castle and back to Portskewett via Sudbrook. Evening was completed with a drink in the Portskewett Inn.
