Along Jersey Marine before entering the revitalised dockyards at Swansea, passing the elegant marina with its shops and cafe before following the promenade past Swansea Bay. The next stage saw the riders climb through the lovely wooded Clyne valley, past Dunvant Rugby Club before arriving in Lougher.
